Calling all young scientists! If you would like to display a project at the fair, register early in order to reserve your space and order your project board. You can register even if you have not chosen your project topic yet. Later, this form may be submitted again to update our records with new information. Final registration must be received by May 4, 2022.

• Your young scientist(s) have your permission to participate in the science fair.
• You will ensure that appropriate safety precautions are taken when performing experiments at home or elsewhere, and that no experiment causes harm to any person or animal. Hornung Elementary and Hornung Elementary PTO may not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
